Ms. Rachel cupcake toppers are heavy duty, thick, waterproof, double sided, glossy and laminated.
Please note that most orders take roughly 2 weeks to produce because they are all custom made and made to order. I work alone and sometimes I am backed up with orders and need to catch up. So please keep this in mind. I do not guarantee that anything will arrive on time if your event is last minute or rush because sometimes UPS is unpredictable and that is out of my control, but I can calculate a rough estimate on when you might receive.
